Swim Clinics

3 HOUR SESSIONS WITH TONS OF INSTRUCTIONAL SWIMMING USING CRA’S UNIQUE TECHNICAL APPROACH

CRA is different from any other swim program in the area. Our curriculum was designed by collegiate coaches to help young athletes develop skills enabling them to be successful in the sport of swimming -not just as age group swimmers, but well beyond.

We approach all instructional lessons with a technical focus and strive to create correct technical form and develop muscle memory. We do not aim to build endurance and we do not cover lots of distance in the pool, but rather zero in on efficient technical movement allowing swimmers to be the safest and fastest swimmers without expelling unnecessary energy.

Experience the CRA difference and see your swimmers develop amazing skills!
