Get ready for one hour of pure, high-intensity cross-training that pushes your fitness to a whole new level. This dynamic class combines the best of two worlds: a coached swim workout followed by a heart-pumping deep water run — all in a single, efficient session designed to build strength, endurance, and speed.
The first 30 minutes dive straight into a coached swim workout, honing your technique while pushing your intervals and endurance to new heights.
The next 30 minutes takes you into deep water running — a powerful, low-impact way to torch calories, build serious aerobic fitness, and strengthen your entire body, all while protecting your joints from the pounding of land-based training. It's the secret weapon many elite athletes swear by.
Meet Your Coach
This electrifying class is led by Jen Scalise-Marinofsky, CRA Masters Head Swim Coach — and one of the most accomplished endurance athletes you'll ever train with. A triathlete for over 30 years and a coach for 17, Jen is a perennial USAT All-American and has qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona an incredible 10 times. Training with Jen means learning from someone who has lived at the highest level of the sport — and who brings that world-class experience to every single session.
