2:00-2:50 PM Adult Clinic

Join Elizabeth as she discusses freestyle and backstroke technique through drills and feedback.

*This clinic is geared for masters, open water, triathletes and recreational swimmers.

3:00-3:50 pm 13 & Over Clinic

Swim with Elizabeth! As she demonstrates drills, swimmers will have the opportunity to share the lane with Elizabeth.

*Swimmers should have team experience and be comfortable swimming all four competitive strokes.

3:55-4:15 pm Inspirational Talk

Everyone is welcome to listen from the pool deck or the stands as Elizabeth shares her inspiring journey from New England swimmer to Olympian.

*Snacks available

4:20-5:00 pm 12 & Under Clinic

Swimmers will have the opportunity to share a lane with Elizabeth as she demonstrates drills.

*Swimmers should be at least 8 years old and able to swim 50 yards of each of the four competitive strokes.

5:00-6:00 pm Free Swim and Autograph Signing!

If you attended the clinic sessions with Elizabeth, please stick around for our free swim! And, if your swimmer may not have been of age, or you would rather watch the clinics and listen to the talk from the stands, you are still welcome to join us for the free swim portion of the event. 

All Clinics with Elizabeth: $100 per participant

Free swim only: $25 per family (up to four guests)
